Jim Eberlin

Jim Eberlin is an accomplished entrepreneur and board member with extensive experience in customer success and analytics. Currently serving on the Board of Directors at Dataplant and Arch Grants, Eberlin is also the Founder and CEO of I-SERV LLC, focused on implementation services for Xactly solutions. Previously, Eberlin held key roles, including General Manager at Xactly Forecasting, where AI-driven solutions were developed to enhance forecasting processes, and as Founder and CEO of TopOPPS, which pioneered sales pipeline management. Eberlin founded Gainsight, a significant player in customer success, and led Host Analytics as both Founder and CEO to deliver innovative cloud-based performance management solutions.
