Bohdan Pshenichnyi is a seasoned product designer and leader with extensive experience in driving product innovation and design strategies. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Datarade, Bohdan previously held the position of Chief Product Officer at Uitrial, where strategic direction led to the successful launch of two MVPs and a flagship product, achieving a remarkable 95% customer retention rate and a 90 Net Promoter Score. Earlier roles include Senior Product Designer at Soberman, where an innovative user engagement concept was developed, and at Beemster Team, focusing on user research and visual design for a crypto platform. Bohdan has also contributed as Product Team Lead at MyBooking.uz, creating comprehensive digital solutions for the hotel industry, and as a Product Designer at MDL Talent Hub, specializing in talent acquisition in the Chinese market.
