Shachar Bait Halachmy

Shachar Bait Halachmy's work experience begins in 2014, where they worked as a Data Analyst for the State of Israel, Prime Minister Office, Civil Service Commission for two years. In 2016, Shachar joined Matrix as an Organization Consultant until 2018. Following that, they joined DataRails in 2018 as a Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for sales, service, and account management, analyzing business performance and customer behavior, creating and executing product onboarding plans, providing training to customers, and optimizing user experience based on data analysis and feedback. In 2020, Shachar was promoted to the role of Director of Customer Success at DataRails.

Shachar Bait Halachmy pursued their Bachelor's degree from 2013 to 2016 at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Shachar'sdegree focused on Economics, Political Science, and Government.
