Colonel Dennis L. Daley (retired), General Manager for Internal Operations, specializes in institutional management, foreign trade, strategic planning, and team development. Colonel Daley is a decorated Air Force veteran with an accomplished and successful thirty-year career. Additionally, he served six years as the 482nd Fighter Wing Installation Commander at Homestead Air Reserve Base. Here he exercised command over the extensive 158 building installation, airfield operations, and 1,400 personnel within nineteen organizations. Colonel Daley was also the base spokesman and strategic policy-maker for local community interactions with the City of Homestead and Miami-Dade County. He is also the President of Vision Foreign Trade Zone #166, a US Department of Commerce Foreign Trade Zone overlying one thousand acres of the Homestead Park of Commerce.
