Claudia De Nadai

Claudia De Nadai has worked in the Human Resources field since 2006. Claudia began their career at Vereda RH as a Consultora. In 2008, they joined Business Partners Consulting as Head - Recrutamento e Seleção, where they were responsible for the recruitment and selection area, developing and implementing strategies for clients in various sectors. Claudia also led teams and managed mass selection processes and strategic vacancies for areas such as technology, commercial, finance, marketing, and operations. In 2021, they became Head de Pessoas at Datarisk, a full stack analytics company.

Claudia De Nadai began their educational journey in 2000 when they attended UFSCar - Alumni, where they obtained their degree in Psychology in 2004. Claudia then pursued a specialization in Clinical and Hospital Psychology at HSPE - Hospital do Servidor Publico Estadual from 2005 to 2006. In 2007, Claudia obtained their Post-Graduate degree in RH from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Finally, in 2018, Claudia attended Business Partners Consulting and completed the Business Partner Formation Program.
