Diego do Nascimento Soledade

Diego Soledade's work experience begins in 2011 when they worked as an intern at the Defensoria Pública do Estado da Bahia, where they provided assistance to the public at the Criminal Forum and supported a Criminal Public Defender by drafting various petitions, administrative documents, and meeting minutes.

In 2011, Diego joined Softplan Planejamento e Sistemas, initially as a Customer Support Intern, where they resolved customer queries regarding the Automation System of Justice (SAJ) and provided training to new users. Diego later became a Systems Support Analyst, responsible for implementing the SAJ system and conducting system training for clients. Additionally, Diego managed internal projects aimed at improving operations and customer service processes, utilizing agile project management methodologies. Diego also served as a Customer Service Team Manager, similar to a Scrum Master, overseeing daily meetings, prioritizing demands, tracking metrics, and generating reports for management and directors. Diego monitored customer satisfaction indicators throughout their tenure at Softplan.

Diego Soledade joined Senac Santa Catarina in 2018 as an Analyst of Planning and Projects (PMO). In this role, they monitored the institution's project portfolios, utilizing PMBOK methodology for robust projects and Scrum for simpler or short-term projects. Diego was responsible for generating management reports and served as a Project Management Office (PMO), assisting Project Managers and Directors in optimizing resource allocation and utilization.

Diego's most recent work experience is with Datarisk, where they currently hold the position of Operations and Projects Manager. Since joining the company in 2021, they have held various roles, including Head of Operations and Projects and Head of Projects.

Diego Soledade completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from Estácio between 2015 and 2017. Before that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Católica do Salvador, graduating between 2007 and 2012.
