Gustavo D.

Gustavo D. has worked in various roles since 2006. Gustavo began their career as a Math Teacher at Colégio Objetivo de Porto Ferreira and Colégio Neruda - Araraquara. In 2010, they became a Senior Analyst of Research and Development at Itau-Unibanco, where they worked on optimization, modeling and big data projects. In 2014, they moved to Neoway Business Solutions as a Data Scientist, where they developed statistical and machine learning models using the company's data. In 2016, they became Co-founder and CTO of Datarisk, a Full Stack Analytics Company. In this role, they helped clients with the statistical cycle of modeling, including preparing data, removing missing and outliers, feature engineering, model optimization, scoring, validation and monitoring.

Gustavo D. obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from UFSCar - Alumni between 2002 and 2005. Gustavo then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 2008 and 2010, with a field of study in Mathematics and Computer Science. Additionally, they have obtained two edX Honor Code Certificates, one for Introduction to Big Data with Apache Spark and one for Scalable Machine Learning.
