Eleanor Mare

Eleanor Mare is a Data Scientist at Datarock, where Eleanor built an interactive app for querying and visualising a large dataset and trained a machine learning model for classifying rock types. Prior to this role, Eleanor worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of St Andrews, leading data collection and analysis for research projects, writing python modules for custom data analysis, and setting up experimental laboratories. Eleanor also participated in an intensive data science programme at Science to Data Science. Eleanor holds a PhD in Geological and Earth Sciences from The Australian National University and a Bachelor of Science (Advanced) with Honours from Monash University.
