Charlotte De Baere

Charlotte De Baere has a diverse work experience in the field of data analytics and artificial intelligence. Charlotte is currently working at dataroots as the Head of Artificial Intelligence since January 2022. Prior to that, they were involved in AI Project Management at the same company from February 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining dataroots, Charlotte worked at Deloitte Belgium as a Senior Consultant Data Analytics from June 2018 to January 2021. Charlotte also served as a Consultant Data Analytics from June 2016 to May 2018 and as a Business Analyst Information Management from September 2014 to August 2016.

During their time at Euroclear, Charlotte worked as a Data Scientist in the Advanced Analytics team from February 2016 to June 2017.

Prior to their professional roles in data analytics, they gained experience at AIESEC as a Team Leader Incoming Exchange from September 2013 to June 2014 and as a Team Member Projects from February 2012 to August 2013.

Charlotte also completed a summer internship at GfK Panel Services Benelux division Belgium in July 2013, where they worked on a customer data project. The objective of the project was to predict future customer sales of Belgian's largest retailers based on internal customer data and external economic factors.

Charlotte De Baere completed their education at Ghent University. Charlotte obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering in 2012 and went on to pursue a Master's degree in Business Engineering with a specialization in Business Analytics from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their academic qualifications, Charlotte also obtained several certifications. In July 2015, they received the IBM Certified Designer - Cognos 10 BI Reports certification from IBM. In April 2015, they also obtained the IBM Certified Associate - SPSS Modeler Data Mining v2 certification. More recently, in July 2021, Charlotte obtained the Data Science Team Lead (DSTL) Certificate from the Data Science Process Alliance.
