Marwen Hmidi

Marwen Hmidi has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Marwen started their career as a Web Developer Intern at TUNISAIR, where they developed a music store web application. Marwen then interned as a Mobile Developer at eMobile Technologies, where they developed an Android application called WeeklyPlanner. Marwen also worked as a Web Developer Intern at Sopra HR Software, where they designed and developed a web application for generating reports.

In 2020, Marwen gained experience in business intelligence during a summer internship at HLi Tunisie. Marwen worked on monitoring dashboards for a CRM database and applied the apriori algorithm on the sales database to identify associated rules.

As part of their graduation project internship at Orange Tunisie in 2021, Marwen focused on business intelligence, importing CSV files, designing and implementing a data warehouse, and building various dashboards. Marwen also built an RFM customer segmentation and prediction model.

In 2022, Marwen joined Tech-Expert as a Data Engineer, where they deployed and configured Apache airflow, Postgresql, pgAdmin, and PgBouncer on a Linux virtual machine. Marwen built strong data ingestion and ETL pipelines using Apache Airflow and created reports and dashboards.

Marwen's most recent role is as a Data Engineer at dataroots, where they continue to apply their skills in data engineering.
