Maxim Dochez

Maxim Dochez is a Senior Data Consultant at Datashift since April 2025, with extensive experience in data analysis and business intelligence. Previously held the position of Business Analyst at Unifiedpost Group, where Maxim guided cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision-making and streamlined reporting processes. As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Atlas Copco, Maxim led the development of reporting tools that improved decision-making efficiency. Earlier roles included Functional Analyst positions at Inetum-Realdolmen, where Maxim worked on various projects in the banking sector, and a Master thesis project at KU Leuven focusing on integrating decision and process models. Maxim holds a Master's degree in Information Management from KU Leuven and another Master's in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp.
