Vinícius Brum began their education in 2011, attending QI Escolas e Faculdades, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Gestão Comercial in 2013. In 2014, they pursued a Postgraduate degree in Marketing Estratégico at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, completing it in 2015.

In 2018, they obtained the "Venda de Valor" certification from ADVANCE Marketing. In 2019, they achieved the "Zendesk: Sales Executive Certified" certification from Zendesk and the "G Suite: Customer Success Specialist" certification from Google.
From 2020 onwards, Vinícius obtained the following certifications: "Gestão de Contas-Chave" and "Como Liderar de Forma Eficaz" from LinkedIn in 2020, and "Treinamento de Plano de Contas (Account Plan)" from ADVANCE Consulting in 2022.
