Lila Anzalone

Lila Anzalone has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Lila began their career at Bisnow in 2018, where they held various roles in people operations. Lila started as a People Operations Coordinator in December 2018 and was later promoted to People Operations Associate in June 2019. Ultimately, they became a People Operations Manager in January 2020, a position they held until August 2020.

In 2020, Lila joined Better as an Associate Recruiter for Sales & Operations in August. Lila then transitioned to becoming a Recruiter for Better Real Estate in July 2021, before moving on to their next role.

Lila worked at Upstart in 2021 as a Recruiter for Auto Retail, a position they held from September 2021 to January 2023.

Currently, Lila works at DataSnipper as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, a position they started in April 2023. DataSnipper is an intelligent audit platform specialized in automating and documenting audits, trusted by major market leaders such as Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC, and BDO.
