Shazmi Shafiai

Shazmi Shafiai has been working in the field of Human Resources for several years. Currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at Datasonic Group Bhd, Shazmi has experience in training and development, compensation and benefits, payroll, and data management. Prior to this role, Shazmi held positions at Petra Fabricators Sdn Bhd, Petra Resources Sdn Bhd, and Petra Energy Berhad, where responsibilities included coordinating training, handling HRDF grants and claims, and focusing on employee compensation and benefits matters. Shazmi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in Human Resource Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
