Jeremiah Jordan has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Jeremiah began their career in 1997 as an Engineering Research Aid at the Naval Research Laboratory, where they worked until 1999. From 1999 to 2001, Jeremiah worked as a Programmer at Mythic Entertainment, where they developed applications in C++ and Visual Basic for 3D modeling and customer service database management.

In 2002, Jeremiah joined Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Software Engineer, responsible for detailed design, coding, unit testing, and integration testing on multiple projects. Their performance in solving integration issues quickly made him a go-to engineer. From 2004 to 2010, Jeremiah worked at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics as an Embedded Software Engineer Staff, leading a team of five engineers and serving as the software architect for a project. Jeremiah was involved in all software development phases and followed trusted software development practices.

In 2010, Jeremiah joined Morningstar as a Software Application Developer. Jeremiah worked on a team that maintained an Operational Data Store and played a key role in re-architecting the system to improve scalability and efficiency. Jeremiah contributed by developing the data store, implementing APIs, and transitioning from MySQL to an Apache Cassandra cluster.

Since 2012, Jeremiah has been working at DataStax as a Software Architect for the DB Ecosystem. Their current role highlights their expertise in database technologies, where they contribute to the architecture and development of database solutions.

Throughout their career, Jeremiah has demonstrated their skills in software development, architecture, team leadership, and adherence to best practices.

Jeremiah Jordan's education history begins in 1997 when they enrolled at the University of Virginia. Jeremiah pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and successfully completed their studies in 2001. Continuing their academic journey, Jeremiah then attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2002. At this institution, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering.
