Jessica McMilin Anderson

Jessica McMilin Anderson has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to sales enablement, product marketing, and technical solution lead. Jessica began their career at EDS as a Senior Consultant, where they collaborated with Fortune 500 clients to provide IT solutions and successfully completed several projects. Jessica then joined Rational Software as a Technical Engagement Manager and Technical Specialist, where they were responsible for selling software development tools and process methodologies. After that, they worked at iRise as a Senior Manager, where they focused on driving six-figure sales opportunities within Fortune 500 organizations. Jessica later became the President of J1 Solutions, where they further honed their leadership skills. Currently, they are working at DataStax as a Sales Enablement Specialist.

Jessica McMilin Anderson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business - MIS (Management Information Systems) from Oregon State University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. In 1997, they had the opportunity to further their education in International Business at Aarhus Business School, which is part of Aarhus University.
