Xiaoxing Lu

Xiaoxing Lu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. They started their career as a Software Engineer at Longtop Group in 2006, where they developed a code generation framework, tested a J2EE product, and created release packages. In 2008, they joined IBM China as a Software Engineer and worked until 2013. During this time, they gained experience in IoT and studied IBM Watson IoT platform and Python. From 2013 to 2018, Xiaoxing Lu worked at IBM Australia Limited as a Staff Software Engineer. Their responsibilities included delivering support services for Rational requirement and reporting products, providing onsite support in critical situations, and supporting IBM Cognos reporting server and data manager. In 2018, they transitioned to IBM Australian Limited as a Technical Support Professional and Tech lead in Data Security, where they worked until 2022. Currently, Xiaoxing Lu is employed at DataStax as a Technical Support Engineer, starting in April 2022.

Xiaoxing Lu completed a Master of computer application technology degree in Computer Science at Huaqiao University from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, Xiaoxing Lu earned a Bachelor of Computer Science degree in Computer Science from Tianjin Normal University during the period of 2001 to 2005. In terms of certifications, Xiaoxing Lu obtained the Apache Cassandra 3 Administrator Associate Certification and the Apache Cassandra 3 Developer Associate Certification from DataStax in July 2022. Additionally, Xiaoxing Lu holds the Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration certification from IIEC-Redhat Linux, which was obtained in October 2021. Furthermore, Xiaoxing Lu has the Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification from IIEC-Redhat Linux, acquired in October 2020. Lastly, Xiaoxing Lu completed the "A developer's guide to the Internet of Things (IoT)" course and obtained a certificate from Coursera in October 2016.
