Laura Northwood

Laura Northwood has had a diverse range of work experiences. Laura began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at X4 Group Ltd in 2011, specializing in the Opensource Development Permanent Market. Laura focused on new business generation and end-to-end recruitment processes. Laura later joined The Grad Society in 2016 as a Managing Consultant, where they placed ambitious graduates with leading sales, executive search, and recruitment firms. In 2018, Laura returned to X4 Group Ltd as an Internal Recruiter before being promoted to the role of Talent Acquisition Manager in 2019. During their time at Datatonic, Laura served as an HR Assistant from July 2019 to September 2020 before being promoted to the role of HR Manager in October 2020.

From 2019 to 2020, Laura Northwood attended ICS Learn where they pursued a degree in Human Resources Management. Laura completed the CIPD Level 5 program during this time.
