Dana Shirley has over a decade of experience in client success and management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager and previously as a Service Delivery Manager at Datavail since September 2016, Dana has a strong background in fostering positive client relationships. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Client Success at Copley Retention Systems, Director of Client Services at Doctor to Doctor Sales Solutions, and Client Services Manager at ESM, A Xerox Company. Dana began professional career as a Client Services Specialist with ESM, progressing to education consultancy. Dana holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science - Sociology from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
