Ciaran O'Toole

Ciaran O'Toole is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management, currently serving as Vice President, Engineering and Galway Technical Lead at Datavant since March 2025. Prior positions include Vice President and Senior Director of Software Engineering at Globalization Partners from June 2020 to December 2024, and Director of Software Development at SmartBear from January 2017 to May 2020. Ciaran also held various leadership roles at Synchronoss Technologies, Prime Carrier, AM-BEO, AIG Europe, and Dedicate, demonstrating a strong track record in engineering management and project leadership. Ciaran holds a Higher Diploma in Systems Analysis and a B.Sc(Hons) in Mathematical Science with Computing from the University of Galway.
