Cassidy Wollard

Cassidy Wollard has a strong background in account management and customer success. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Account Management at DataVerify, a data verification and compliance assistance platform. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Success Director at First Advantage.

Before this, Cassidy had several roles at DataVerify, including Strategic Account Manager, Account Manager Supervisor, and Regional Account Manager. As a Strategic Account Manager, they played a vital role in identifying data integrity and misrepresentation issues within loan files.

Additionally, Cassidy has experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. Cassidy worked as a Compounding Pharmacy Technician at Wharf Pharmacy, where they demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, self-motivation, and effective communication skills. Cassidy also gained experience at Express Scripts, where they served as an Inventory Control specialist and a Pharmacy Support and Internal Trainer. In these roles, they managed return to stock items, trained new hires, maintained training schedules, and conducted facility tours.

Cassidy Wollard began their education journey in 2009 when they enrolled at Ozarks Technical Community College. Cassidy pursued an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Assisting/Assistant, completing their studies in 2011.

Following their time at Ozarks Technical Community College, Cassidy continued their education by attending Western Governors University from 2012 to 2015. During this period, they focused on marketing and marketing management, earning a Bachelor of Business degree.

In addition to their formal education, Cassidy has obtained several certifications. In April 2015, they acquired a certification from CompTIA. Cassidy also obtained two other certifications, one in Leadership Foundations from LinkedIn in December 2021 and another from CompTIA for Project Management in April 2015.
