Tzouliana Kotsali

Tzouliana Kotsali currently serves as an HR │ People & Culture Generalist at Datawise Data Engineering LLC since September 2022. Previously, Tzouliana worked at Vodafone from January 2018 to October 2021 as a Call Center Representative specializing in Mobile Customer Service and Contract Renewal, where responsibilities included managing customer relations, resolving complaints, and promoting products. Tzouliana gained experience in customer service through an internship at the National Bank of Greece in 2017. Tzouliana is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management at Athens University of Economics and Business, having previously earned a degree from the University of West Attica in January 2019.
