Jessika Rodriguez has over a decade of experience in customer service and financial operations. Currently serving as a Personal Service Representative and Teller at DATCU Credit Union since July 2015, Jessika is responsible for performing withdrawals and deposits, answering member inquiries, and promoting credit union products. Prior experience includes various roles at Tom Thumb Supermarket, where responsibilities ranged from balancing cash drawers and processing refunds as a Customer Service Associate to hiring and training new employees as an In Store Recruiter. Jessika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Studies with a focus on Business, Sociology, and Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas, as well as an Associate's degree in Business from North Central Texas College.
