Joëlle'smost recent position is with Datenna as a People & Culture Specialist and Operations Manager, starting in April 2021.

Prior to that, they worked at Multi-Value, where they held the roles of Client Relations & Operations Manager from September 2019 to April 2021, and Proces coördinator from September 2018 to August 2019.

Joëlle also has experience at Deloitte Nederland as a Consultant from April 2017 to August 2018, and as a Junior Consultant from February 2016 to April 2017.

Before joining Deloitte, they were a Projectmanager at De Zonnevlecht Academie from September 2011 to August 2016.

Joëlle's earlier work experience includes positions as a 1e Medewerker bediening at Restaurant Welp from April 2014 to November 2015, a Management stagiaire Staf Horeca & Merchandise at De Efteling from February 2015 to July 2015, an Intern Room Division Management at Courtyard by Marriott La Defense from February 2013 to July 2013, and an Office Medewerkster at Eindhoven Anti-aging centre from July 2009 to September 2012.

Joëlle Hoving completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Horizons in Hospitality and New Business development from Hotel Management School Maastricht. Joëlle attended the school from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Administrative processes and accounting from Open Universiteit in Eindhoven, although the exact timing of this certification is unknown.
