The Project Management Team at Datenna coordinates the overall planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects leveraging their OSINT Operating System. Comprised of Scrum Masters, a DevSecOps Chapter Lead, and the Associate Director of Strategy and Analysis, the team ensures that projects are aligned with strategic goals, adhere to security protocols, and meet milestones efficiently. They facilitate cross-functional collaboration to track progress, manage risks, and maintain economic security standards for their clients.
