Katharina Baluta

Katharina Baluta has a diverse professional background in real estate and management, most recently serving as a Management Assistant in the CEO-Office at DATEV eG from September 2019 to March 2023, where responsibilities included UC & Video Solutions and Media & Conference Solutions. Prior experience includes roles as an Asset Manager at ZBI Fondsmanagement AG and Junior Projektmanager at ertl immobilien management. Katharina also worked as a research assistant at IREBS and completed an internship in Real Estate Development at Rüstig Immobilien GmbH. Educationally, Katharina holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from IREBS International Real Estate Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Universität Regensburg.
