Yulia Fishelzon

Yulia Fishelzon has worked in the IT industry since 1997. Yulia began their career at Amdocs as a COBOL developer and was promoted to Senior Developer and Team Leader, managing a team of 3-7 development engineers. In 2006, they moved to Convergys as a Senior Software Developer, managing end-to-end development of software solutions for Israeli and European telecom companies. In 2009, they joined Leumi Card as a MsCRM Customization and Data Migration Analyst, responsible for data integrity analysis of data migration processes. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at HOT as a Solution Architect/Senior Business Analyst, responsible for system analysis and project management for the multidisciplinary telecommunication & internet systems. Since 2020, they have been the Head of Operations at Datonics LLC.
