Martin Higgins

Martin Higgins has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles within the technology and consulting industry. Martin is currently a Senior Principal at Aite-Novarica Group, where they specialize in helping executives from banks, insurers, and other financial institutions navigate technology, strategy, and regulatory changes. Prior to that, Martin served as the VP of Research & Consulting at Novarica, advising insurers on technology projects and strategy. Martin has also held leadership positions at companies such as HealthEdge, Cosenta, PlumChoice (now Allstate), and Edgewater Technology, where they provided strategic guidance and oversaw project delivery. Martin began their career as a Software Architect at HFC Bank PLC and conducted research in improving manufacturing processes at the National Physical Laboratory (NPL).

Martin Higgins earned a BSc in Physics from Lancaster University, starting in an unknown year and ending in 1994. Martin then pursued an MSc in Computer Science as well as a Diploma of Imperial College, both at Imperial College London, from 1995 to 1996.
