Dmytro Dvornichenko is a highly experienced product designer with a strong background in leading design teams and developing innovative user experiences across various sectors. Currently serving as Lead Product Designer at Cinderblock since February 2023, Dmytro previously held the role of Founding Product Designer at WOMBI, where a successful MVP for a web3 marketing analytics platform was launched within six months. At GlobalLogic, from April 2018 to May 2022, Dmytro managed over 30 designers and implemented significant design strategies across multiple projects, achieving improved software licensing processes and enhanced project kick-off times. Dmytro's expertise spans diverse roles, including positions at MOSST Payments, Plarium, EPAM Systems, Turumburum, and Meta.UA, where Dmytro has consistently contributed to product design excellence, user research, and customer satisfaction, earning accolades for innovative design solutions. Dmytro holds certifications from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics and Kharkiv Patent Computer College.
