Diane Joy Boots is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in leading project delivery and cross-functional teams. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Datrose since August 2021, Diane previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at the Rochester Institute of Technology from March 2009 to April 2021, where responsibilities included developing project plans and managing resources. Diane's career also includes a range of roles from April 1987 to March 2009 at Paychex, where positions encompassed Analysis Manager, Project Manager, and various project leadership roles. Diane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
