Charlotte Couallier

Charlotte Couallier has a diverse work experience with various roles and responsibilities in the insurance industry. Charlotte is currently a Co-Founder at Dattak since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Business & Innovation Officer at AXA from March 2021 to December 2021, where they were responsible for managing 4 teams and overseeing a business volume of €120M. Before that, they worked as the Chief Product & Innovation Officer at AXA en France from August 2018 to March 2021, where they founded and developed a dedicated business unit focused on creating innovative embedded insurance solutions for over 130 partners. Earlier in their career, they served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Institut des Actuaires from June 2016 to November 2020. Charlotte also worked as the Chief Insurance Officer at Leocare Assurance from May 2017 to June 2018, and as the Head of Risk management & Actuarial at Hannover Re from March 2015 to May 2017. Charlotte'searly career includes roles as Group Risk Manager and Forecast Modeling Lead - Data Scientist at CNP Assurances from 2010 to 2015.

Charlotte Couallier began their education at the Lycee Chateaubriand in Rennes from 2004 to 2006, where they studied MPSI - PSI* in preparation for national competitive examinations for entrance to the French 'Grandes Ecoles' system. From 2006 to 2009, they attended Telecom Paris, one of France's leading schools, where they earned an Engineering Degree. In 2008 to 2009, they pursued a Master's degree in Finance & Econometrics at Queen Mary University of London. Following this, in 2009 to 2010, they obtained a Master's degree in Actuarial Science from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL. In 2017, Charlotte completed a Product Management training program at Thiga Academy. In 2018, they participated in the Join Lion program, which is a selective training program by The Family focusing on entrepreneurship and growth marketing studies.
