Melissa Hagan (Munday) has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Starting in 2011, they worked as an Undergraduate Student at the University of Bedfordshire. In 2012 and 2013, they took on temporary administration roles at Afton Chemical Ltd.

From 2014 to 2016, Melissa worked at Afton Chemical as a Technical Administrator and later as an EHS Analyst, where they managed projects and internal documentation.

In 2016, Melissa joined BSI Info-Assure as a Resource Scheduler, responsible for scheduling resources and providing accurate reporting.

From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an Assistant Programme Manager at Paton Developments, chairing progress meetings and providing general office support.

In 2018, they joined Natta Building Company Ltd as an Assistant Planner, coordinating with external parties and assisting in tender and construction program development.

Melissa then moved to Datum Datacentres in 2019, where they have held various roles. Melissa started as a Business Administrator/Office Manager and later became the Client Service Manager. In 2022, they were promoted to the Head of Service Management, and in 2023, they took on the role of Client Engagement Director.

Melissa Hagan (Munday) obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Criminal Behaviour from the University of Bedfordshire, where they attended from 2011 to 2014. Following this, they pursued further education in the field of Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies, General, at Basingstoke College of Technology, obtaining an NCFE Cache level 2 certificate in Understanding Nutrition and Health from 2017 to 2018.

In 2015 to 2016, Melissa attended PETA and earned the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, focusing on Environment, Health, and Safety. Prior to these qualifications, they completed their A levels at Farnborough Sixth Form College from 2009 to 2011, studying Psychology, Sociology, Photography, and ICT. Melissa's secondary education took place at Courtmoor Secondary School from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained their GCSEs, with a focus on English Language and Literature, General.

Additionally, Melissa Hagan (Munday) holds a certification in First Aid at Work, which they obtained from St John Ambulance in September 2021.
