Bat-el Ron has held various roles in their professional career, beginning in 2010 as a Quality Control Manager (QCM) for USA Corp Of Engineers. Bat-el then moved on to a Project Engineer role at Wood Group in 2012, followed by a Projects Manager role at Israel Railways Ltd. in 2013. In 2016, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Hbrah Ldlkyt Lphyt Aufqyd, and in 2018 they held the same position at RON Engineering Consulting while also working as a Senior Project Manager at Dana Engineering. Most recently, in 2019, they were appointed as the General Manager Israel & VP Business Development for Datumate.

Bat-el Ron has an extensive education history, beginning with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2009. Bat-el then went on to obtain a Construction Quality Management certificate from the USA Army Corp of Engineers in 2009. In 2015, they earned a Master of Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Following this, they obtained a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2019. Bat-el is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Business Administration and Management, General from P.M. Team Academy and Collage of Management Academy. Bat-el also holds a Mediation certification from Gome Gevim. In 2008, they obtained a Civil Engineer certification from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
