C.S. Subramanian

C.S. Subramanian has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. C.S. started their career at Southern Company as an Information Systems Analyst and later progressed to become a Senior Information Systems Analyst. In 1998, they joined Southern Company Services as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for managing the offshore team for software development and coordinating efforts between the client, onsite, and offshore teams.

In 1999, C.S. Subramanian founded Brij Datalink, later rebranded as Tychon Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company focused on providing offshore support and application software development, particularly in ERP/SCM, to clients in various industries like Manufacturing, Logistics, Airlines, and Education. C.S. served as the Director of the company until 2009.

Following that, from 2009 to 2010, C.S. Subramanian worked as the Country Manager at embedUR systems (I) Pvt Ltd. Finally, in 2010, they joined Datum Software Lab Pvt Ltd as the Chief Operating Officer, where they currently hold the position.

C.S. Subramanian pursued an MBA in Business Administration from OUBS in Milton Keynes from the year 2000 to 2004. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from VarSigma Consulting in December 2017.
