Jo Coteur

Jo Coteur has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and sealing solutions industries. They began their career at Janssen Pharmaceutica in 1996, working as a Pharmaceutical Product Developer. In this role, they were involved in the development of pharmaceutical products.

In 2001, they joined Datwyler Sealing Solutions. They initially worked as an R&D Project Engineer, where they were responsible for executing various research and development projects, including product improvements and the development of washing programs for rubber products. They also managed the washing program within the Helvoet Pharma Group.

Jo Coteur then transitioned into a role as a Quality Engineer Operations at Datwyler Sealing Solutions. In this position, they were responsible for process validations, improvement projects, and serving as a subject matter expert for validations and washing programs. They achieved significant accomplishments, such as the successful preparation of an FDA audit and the improvement of the siliconization process for rubber products.

They later progressed to become the Process Engineering and Validation Manager and the Global Validation Manager at Datwyler Sealing Solutions. Finally, in 2016, they became the Head of Global Quality Operations, a position they currently hold.

Jo Coteur attended Hogeschool PXL from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in Ing in the field of Chemistry, Environment, and Nucleair. They also attended KU Leuven from 1999 to 2000, where they obtained a Post Graduate Business Administration degree in Economics. In 2009, Jo Coteur attended Syntra Genk for Project Management. They also have additional certifications, including a Process Improvement Green Belt from Stanwick Management Consultants obtained in November 2013 and a Post Graduate Business certification from KU Leuven obtained in June 2000. Jo Coteur also attended St. Jozefscollege Hasselt, although the duration and degree obtained are unknown.
