Melissa Oswald

Melissa Oswald is the Global Head of Quality Operations at DePuy Synthes and has over 20 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, and Quality Assurance within regulated industries. They previously served as Quality Head at Vogue International, integrating the company into Johnson & Johnson, and held several leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, overseeing Quality and Regulatory Compliance globally. Melissa began their career as a Process Engineer at 3M and holds a BChE in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. They are also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt, known for their project management and process improvement skills.
