Rick Stapleford

Rick Stapleford is an experienced facilities maintenance and operations manager with a strong background in industrial engineering and manufacturing. Currently serving as Facilities Maintenance Manager at Datwyler Sealing Solutions since September 2020, Rick previously held the position of Plant Operations Leader at The Legacy Companies from October 2017 to November 2019. Rick's extensive career includes significant roles at Terumo Medical Corp. from 1989 to March 2016, where responsibilities included Industrial Engineering & Manufacturing Manager and Operations Manager. Prior to this, Rick served as an Electronics Technician in the U.S. Navy from January 1983 to January 1989. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies & Production Operations from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an Associate in Applied Science in Industrial Engineering Technology from Delaware Technical & Community College.
