Aaron Sanders

Aaron Sanders currently serves as Vice President of R&D, Quality, and Regulatory at Daubert Chemical Company since December 2022. Prior to this role, Aaron held various positions at Stepan Company from July 2013 to December 2022, including Technical Director and R&D Manager in Oilfield Solutions, focusing on oilfield chemicals R&D. Aaron's experience at Dow Chemical spans from 2001 to 2013, where significant contributions included development of CO2 soluble surfactants for enhanced oil recovery and a new biodegradable surfactant portfolio, along with key collaborations with universities. Aaron holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B.S. in Chemistry from South Dakota Mines.
