Janice Agne

Janice Agne, PHR, SHRM-CP, possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Daubert Chemical Company since September 2016. In this role, Janice oversees the administration, coordination, and evaluation of HR functions to align with the company's business strategy. Prior to this position, Janice was the HR Manager at MagnetStreet (now Truly Engaging) from June 2007 to September 2016, where responsibilities included providing HR counsel, creating an Employee Handbook, and managing employee relations. Janice also held various positions at Motorola from 1994 to 2003, including Corporate Benefits Consultant and Recruitment Operations Manager, where skills in benefits communication and recruitment operations were developed. Janice holds a BA in Sociology from Illinois Wesleyan University.
