Martin Simpson has over 30 years of work experience, primarily in sales and marketing positions. Martin started their career as a Regional Sales Engineer at James Clem Corp. in 1989, where they were responsible for managing a sales region with annual sales of $2 million. In 1991, they became the Technical Marketing Manager at the same company, where they developed marketing programs and provided product descriptions and sales aids. In 1992, they joined National Seal Company as a Product Manager, where they established a new line of environmental engineering products and provided technical support to various departments. Martin then moved to Daubert VCI, Inc. in 1998 as an International Sales Manager, and finally joined Daubert Cromwell, LLC in 2004. At Daubert Cromwell, they held various roles including Vice President of Sales & Marketing and eventually became the President & CEO in January 2008.
Martin Simpson attended the Keller Graduate School of Management from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance. Prior to that, from 1983 to 1987, they studied at the University of Dayton, earning a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
