Kelli McKinzie

Kelli McKinzie is a Member of Dauby O’Connor & Zaleski’s Tax Department. She has been with the firm since 2015 but has specialized in the real estate industry since 1998. Prior to joining DOZ, Kelli worked at the Indianapolis-based CPA firm, Katz, Sapper & Miller. Kelli’s background includes extensive knowledge and experience in providing tax, financial, and consulting services surrounding real estate entities.

Kelli is actively involved in a variety of client services, specializing in all aspects of real estate and the affordable housing industry. Her personal portfolio includes partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations, and Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax returns. Several of her clients also have filing requirements in multiple states.

Kelli is responsible for reviewing tax returns prepared, ensuring they are in line with investor projections, and that all compliance deadlines are met. She regularly acts as a resource for clients when questions related to partner transfers, tax notices, acquisitions, and other business-related issues develop.
