Lee J. Metcalf

Lee J. Metcalf is the Vice President at Daugherty Business Solutions. Prior to this, Lee was the Director of Organizational Development at Sara Lee Corporation from December 1998 to December 2005. Before that, Lee was the Principal of Metcalf Group from December 1992 to December 1998.

Lee has also worked as a Business Performance Management and HR Professional at McDonnell Douglas Corporation from December 1981 to December 1992. During that time, Lee was also a Surface Warfare Officer in the Navy Reserve Component. From December 1975 to December 1981, Lee served as an active Surface Warfare Officer in the Navy.

Lee J. Metcalf started their educational career by completing a Bachelor of Journalism at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Lee then went on to complete an MA in Human Resources at Webster University.
