Mary Decoen

Mary deCoen serves as the Deputy Administrator of Autism and Developmental Programs at Dauphin County since November 2023, leading operational functions and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations for Autism and Intellectual Disabilities services. Prior experience includes the role of Regional State Director at Aveanna Healthcare from September 2020 to May 2023, where Mary oversaw the operations of Intellectual Disabilities services. Additionally, Mary was nominated as a Woman of Impact by Go Red for Women Central PA, highlighting the importance of women's representation in research related to heart disease and stroke. Mary holds a Master’s degree in Recreation Management and Counseling from Springfield College, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Sports Marketing from UMass Amherst, and a diploma in Network and Internet Security Administration from YTI Career Institute.
