Sharleen Murillo

Sharleen Murillo, CHRP, is an accomplished IT Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Consultant with extensive experience in recruitment across various sectors, including Banking, Financial Services, IT Services, Oil & Gas, Energy, Aerospace, Defense, Digital Transformation, and AI. Currently employed at Dautom since September 2024, Sharleen previously worked at Halian, managing recruitment for IT infrastructure projects throughout Europe and the Middle East. With a strong background in recruitment spanning several companies such as Nathan & Nathan and RTC1 Recruitment Services, Sharleen has developed expertise in sourcing candidates and overseeing the entire recruitment process. Earlier roles include administrative and HR positions, where skills in correspondence, employee training, and office management were honed. Sharleen holds a certification in Organizational Development from Ateneo de Manila University and has a foundational education from St. Joseph's College.
