Lorraine Robin

Lorraine Robin has a diverse work experience. From 2007, they worked at Dav El | BostonCoach as the Director of Sales Operations and Senior Salesforce Administrator. In this role, they were responsible for managing sales operations and overseeing the Salesforce system.

In 2018, they transitioned to a role as a Salesforce Consultant, working with stakeholders and executives to implement Salesforce processes and best practices for customized sales processes. Lorraine also analyzed requirements and provided training tools to ensure strong user adoption.

Lorraine Robin obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Social Psychology from UMass Boston, graduating between 2012 and 2015. Before that, they had completed their Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections at Bunker Hill CC, spanning from 2010 to 2012. In terms of additional certifications, Lorraine obtained their Salesforce Administration certification from Salesforce in September 2018.
