John also held the role of General Manager at Aerofab Division of Tube Processing Corporation, where they transformed the company and increased profitability. John began their career as a Project/Design Engineer at Tube Forming and Manufacturing, where they worked on hydraulic lines and bracketry for an Airbus aircraft. John has also been actively involved in community organizations, serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Children's Advocacy Center of Kent County and as a Member of the Board of Directors at Extruded Aluminum Corporation.

John Boeschenstein attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1985 to 1987. John then transferred to the University of Notre Dame where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from 1987 to 1990.
