James M. Dion

James M. Dion has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. James M. currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and senior advisor for Dave Carter & Associates, a family-owned distributor of electrical, plumbing, and building supplies. In this position, they are responsible for introducing innovative and sustainable products.

Prior to their current role, James M. Dion owned an M&A consulting practice called KHA Capital Partners from 2018 to 2022. James M. provided services to the Private Equity Advisory market, including deal structuring, due diligence, and transaction planning.

James M. Dion has a diverse education history. James M. obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Accounting, from Merrimack College, where they studied from 1977 to 1982. Prior to that, they attended Central Catholic High School in Lawrence, MA, graduating in 1977 from their Honors Program.

After completing their undergraduate studies, James pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. During their time at Babson, which lasted from 1988 to 1991, they focused on Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies.

In addition to their formal education, James M. Dion is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). James M. obtained this certification from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in May 1985.
