Randy Kemp

Randy Kemp has a strong background in operations and management. Randy currently works as the Director of Operations at Dave Carter & Associates since 2020. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager at the same company from July 2017 to January 2020. Before joining Dave Carter & Associates, Randy held the position of Regional General Manager at Patrick Industries from November 2009 to July 2017. Randy also worked at Fleetwood Enterprises, where they served as the General Manager from January 2001 to January 2009, and as the Materials Manager from May 1991 to January 2001.

Randy Kemp's education history includes several degrees in the field of Accounting and Business/Management. In 1991, they started their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Baylor University, specializing in Accounting. Randy continued their studies at Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business, where they obtained a BBA degree in Accounting and Business/Management from 1991 to 1994. Additionally, in 1992, they also attended Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business for a period of two years to earn another BBA degree in Accounting. In 2001, they attended Quality College, where they completed a BBA degree in Accounting and Business/Management.
