Hanna Manning has extensive work experience in the education sector. Hanna began their career as an Elementary School Teacher at Cabot Public Schools in 2009, where they focused on classroom management, building relationships, and utilizing small group instruction. Hanna then worked as an Elementary School Teacher at Rogers School District from 2011 to 2013, where they collaborated with their team to plan engaging lessons and prioritized communication with parents. In 2013, they joined Temple Independent School District as an Elementary School Teacher, eventually transitioning into a lead teacher and administrative role. During their time there, they taught in self-contained classrooms for 3rd and 4th grade and emphasized standards-based teaching and data-driven instruction. From 2017 to 2020, Hanna served as an Instructional Facilitator at Waco Independent School District, focusing on supporting teachers and improving instructional practices. Currently, they hold the positions of Director of Operations and Client Success Manager at Dave Creek Media, starting in December 2020.

Hanna Manning attended the University of Central Arkansas from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching. In 2016, they went to Lamar University and completed a Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General in 2017.
