Tom Woods

Tom Woods is an experienced financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at DE Design Works and Scinomix since May 2020, focusing on forecasting, debt management, and mergers for high-tech firms. In addition, Tom is an Adjunct Professor at Maryville University of Saint Louis, teaching finance and economics. Previous roles include VP Finance Transformation at Barclaycard, where significant funding was secured to improve financial operations, and Senior Vice President positions at Citi and Santander Bank, overseeing financial planning and analysis functions. Tom has also held senior roles at SunTrust Bank, Microsoft Corporation, Washington Mutual Bank, as well as consulting positions at KPMG and other firms. Tom holds a BS in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business and an MBA in Management from California State University, Northridge.
